IT Services - Overview
DDI Health can provide you with a one point of contact for the majority of your IT infrastructure services, including local & wide area networks, applications (including some 3rd party) as well as our own and our strategic partner offerings.
Allow DDI Health to provide you with services covering:
- Network design and implementation/project management
- Remote Network Monitoring
- Windows environments with centralised management and support
- Linux and Unix Patient Management Systems
- Firewalls, Email and Proxy servers
- Pathology Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), e.g. GE Centricity Ultra
- Extensive experience with RIS and Practice Management applications (e.g. PracSoft, Medical Director, MedTech32, iRIS)
- Management of small to large data networks from (A)DSL links through to Fibre
- Large Hardware rollouts: service and support from printer & workstations to high end servers with redundant configurations
- Co-location. Working with NOC (network operation centre) providers if required
- Disaster recovery and risk management - ensuring quick recovery of essential services through best practise backup procedures and redundant architecture
- Helpdesk support: telephone, email, remote and onsite
- Database management: MySQL, Oracle, Interbase
- Remote "computer image" deployment: assisting in fast turnaround times for system repairs
